Natural Corona Vaccine No.2: Get Enough Vitamin C

Vitamin C is the vitamin, besides vitamin D, which you can benefit from taking extra much of as a part of a natural corona vaccine.

When you ingest vitamin C in quantities exceeding the official daily recommended intake, it can strengthen your immune system to withstand viral infections etc.

I personally take 500 mg of vitamin C three times a day; that is 1500 mg vitamin C total every day. Based on scientific nutritional research, I estimate that this is the optimal dosage to effectively boost your immune system. To get this amount of vitamin C you need to take a supplement. It is not enough to eat oranges, even though it is also important for the immune system that you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Supplements can never replace a healthy and nutritious diet but is meant to be exactly that: a supplement.

I recommend taking at least 300 mg of vitamin C as a daily supplement in the Natural Corona Vaccine. You can increase the dosage up to 1,500-2,000 mg daily depending on your tolerance.

As vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin with limited stores, it is important that the intake of vitamin C is stable day to day – preferably also throughout the day, for instance by taking it morning, noon and night in stead of taking it all at once in the morning. Do not forget to take your vitamin C! If you suddenly forget or stop taking your vitamin C for other reasons that in itself can weaken your immune system and make you susceptible to infections. In general, it is a common problem concerning supplements that people gladly take it for 14 days, after which they sort of forget it, and then they only remember to take it sporadically. Make sure to build a good routine with regards to taking your supplements, for example by using a pill organizing box from the pharmacy, so you can distribute everything once a week, and that way you can make sure that you remember to take the supplements that you want to take.

If you choose a non-acidic vitamin C, it is gentler on your stomach, which is particularly important when taking high doses and when you have a delicate stomach.

If you have a tendency to develop kidney stones, if you have decreased kidney function, or if you have iron overload, then you should not take vitamin C in high doses as a supplement. However, you still need to get your basic needs covered, which you can easily do through a varied diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
